New PCs/laptops now require that you set up a Microsoft account on start up. Please do not use a Microsoft account. Instead use a local account. -Start up the PC and do not use any Wi-Fi or internet access -Select the language and keyboard layout for UK/Ireland -Press "shift+F10" -Command prompt will open -Type in OOBE\BYPASSNRO -Press enter -This will now allow you to use a local account.
